At VixSolve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@vixsolve.com. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vixsolve.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
